Honest Claims act as an introducer and intermediary between the client and the solicitor.

Honest Claims undertake all the marketing and investigating of new personal injury matters and use our experience to ensure that representation is arranged for the client for any claim that is valid and has a reasonable prospect of success. This ensures that the client receives a free and quick claims assessment and saves the solicitors expending time and expense in vetting and marketing for such claims.

In turn we have recruited a panel of specialist solicitors that are personally known to us for their expertise and client care so that the highest possible standards for the client are achieved and that the client is protected from paying any fees under our agreements with our panel solicitors.

Once the claim has been fully investigated and the introduction to the panel solicitor has taken place, the panel solicitor pays a referral fee to Honest Claims. That fee is not paid by the client or passed on to the insurance company as part of the legal costs.
